Set surcharge rules for activities

How can I set surcharge rules for activities?

Step 1: Open the Your Company / App Settings / Track / General section. 

Step 2: Create a new project activity type by clicking on the plus field. Here you just need to enter a name. In our example, two activity types are stored, "Surcharges" and "Deductions".

Step 3: Now open the Projects / Activities section in the navigation bar on the left. Edit an existing activity by clicking on the edit pen or create a new activity. 

Step 4: A new window opens. In the Activity field, select one of the activities you created first.

Step 5: Then, in the Surcharge Calculation field, enter the surcharge as a percentage in whole numbers. In our example, the number means that the "Overtime" activity will be charged at 150%, i.e. for 1 hour of activity, 1 hour 30 minutes will be booked in the system.
