Add company's own privacy policy

How can I add proprietary documents such as the privacy policy or applicant pool statements in the applicant window?

Frequently, the company's own data protection declarations or also declarations on the applicant pool are to be displayed on the career page. This can be called up when submitting an application in the applicant mask. To do this, click on the magnifying glass after the privacy statement or applicant pool statement. 
If no magnifying glass is displayed, no URL has been stored yet. The option to link a custom document is still available.
