Add employees
How do I add a new employee?
Via the tab "Employees" in the menu item "Organization" you have the possibility to add new employees. Click on the "Add employee" button here. A window will open. In the input window you can enter all relevant data for the new employee.
Master data
Here you enter all master data of the employees. E-mail addresses are necessary for the login. Many of our clients work with the business email addresses of their employees. However, you can of course use any active email address.
Employees without an email address can also be entered as offline users. This allows HR users to still create a digital personnel file for the employee. The email address is not a mandatory field. You can therefore leave this field blank. The employee also appears in the employee list, but with a fictitiously created email address. This is required by the system, it is not relevant for you.
Private address
Using the search field you can enter the address and it will be automatically searched and the fields will be filled.
Roles & Entities
Here you define which role the employee will have in the tool in the future. Among other things, these roles regulate the viewing rights. And in the Client field, you enter the client to which the employee will be assigned. You define the location later via the employment.
Additional Information
The public email and (public) phone number is relevant if you have the Match module. This data is displayed on the career page for applicants if the employee is specified as a recruiter. If you leave these fields empty, this data will not be displayed for applicants.
