Add Word Template

Where do I have an overview of Word templates and how do I add the templates?

Once you have created a Word template (.docx document), you can upload it as follows:

  • Step 1: Click on the Your Company / App Settings in the left column and go to the Administrator tab.

  • Step 2: Open the Word Templates tab. 

  • Step 3: Click on the "Add Word Template" field.

  • Step 4: In the ".docx layout add" screen, select the appropriate file from the location. 

  • Step 5: The file will be uploaded automatically after you click on "Save".

You can find an overview of the uploaded Word templates in the same tab, where you also have the option to download the templates again, rename them, upload the file again after making a change, or delete them.
