Assign a work plan to an employee

In the work plan you define the target times of an employee. These work schedules must first be stored as a template via the administrator and can then be individualized per employee. In this article we will show you how work schedules can be assigned to an employee (via an occupation).

If you are interested in how the templates for the work plans are created, click on the Create work plan template button below.

Step 1: Open the employee's personal file. To do this, navigate to the search bar at the top and enter at least the first 3 letters of the employee. Then select an employee by simply clicking on the corresponding line.

You are now in the employee's personal file. Then click on the Employment tab and then on the edit pen.
