Assign one or more user roles to an employee
How can I assign one or more user roles to employees?
In the employee list, under the tab "employees", in the menu item Organisation, please search for the name of the employee member in the overview and click on the pencil to edit the employee member information.
A new window will open with the name Edit employee. Under the section Roles & Entities you can define the role(s) and authorisation(s) for the respective person. To do this, click in the Roles field.
The following roles can be selected for users:
Administrator-User
HR-User
Line-Manager-User
Employee-User
Counselor-User
Recruiter-User
