Assign target agreement

How can I assign a target agreement to an employee? 

Step 1: Open the talent profile of the employee to whom you want to assign a target agreement. To do this, either use the global search and then the green "Talent profile" action field; or click on the "Open talent profile" action field next to the employee's name in Organization / Employee

Step 2: Now switch to the Target agreement tab and click on "New Target Agreement".

Step 3: Select the employee's occupation based on which you want to assign targets and a target agreement template. Then define a time period in which the target agreement is to be completed. 

Step 4: You now have the choice between "Save" and "Submit". 

  • Click on "Save" if you only want to assign the template. This allows you to customize the objectives at any time later. As a result, the target agreement template changes to the "Draft" status (the status is grayed out). The employee does not yet see the target agreement and cannot make any comments. 
     

  • Click on "Submit" if you want to start the target agreement. If no workflow is active, the target agreement immediately changes to the "active" status (the status is highlighted in green). Next, add an intermediate phase so that the employee can view and evaluate his or her goals.
