Step 1: Go to the talent profile of any employee and assign a target agreement template, under the Target Agreements tab, New Target Agreement and select a target agreement template, as well as the start date and a deadline.

Step 2: Scroll to the end of the template and select Submit. If you only press Save, the employees to whom you have assigned this template will not be able to view the target agreement.

Step 3: Now select the corresponding survey in the Target Agreement tab and then go to the detailed view (via the magnifying glass) in the draft of the target agreement. Here, please click on Add interim phase and assign a name as well as a deadline.

Step 4: Now go to the detailed view (magnifying glass) of the deposited interim survey.

Step 5: Click on the field Add Interim Review.

Step 6: Fill in the target agreement and click Submit after finishing the survey.

Step 7: After completing the target agreement, go back to the detail view to view your results.

Step 8: After completing the target agreement, close the intermediate phase by clicking on the checkmark.

You can now go through this process for each quarter. To include the interim reports in the evaluation at the end of the year, start from step 5.

This time, please do not select Add interim phase, but Complete target agreement. Then enter the name and the deadline again.

Step 9: Use the detailed view of the agreement again and add an interim report here as well.

Step 10: For each target, enter the average of the values from the previous quarterly agreements.

Step 11: Now complete the interim phase.

Now you can see the completed target agreement in the talent profile, including the status and degree of target achievement.
