Business email address and phone number

Where can I see the business email address and phone number?

The public phone number as well as the public email can be displayed on the career page. This is the case when an employee with the role "Line Manager" or "HR" is mentioned in a job advertisement, for example as a contact person or team leader.

This information can be added and edited in an employee's HR file. Conversely, if these fields are not filled in, they cannot be displayed in the job advertisement.

Step 1: In Organization / Employee list tab, click on the edit pencil ("Edit") for the selected employee.

Step 2: The "Edit employee" screen will then open. In the Additional information section, you can fill in the "Public phone number" and "Public e-mail" fields. Then click on "Save".
