Complete overview of all absences in the company
Where do I have a complete overview of all absences in the company?
To view the absences of all employees in the company, open Your Company / Organization / Absences.
Here you have an overview of all absences. To search specifically for an employee, you can use the input field for the search, or you can use the filters location, department and position to narrow down your selection.
If a workflow has been activated for the absence account, you can accept or reject it by clicking on the icon to the right of each absence request (a new window opens). In addition, you have the possibility to add a new absence via the button "Add absence". The input window "Add absence" will open.
Leave of Absence (LoA) requests can have three different statuses:
"pending" = The status is pending and the request must either be accepted or rejected
"rejected" = the application was rejected
"resolved" = the application was approved
You can display the displayed columns in absence management as required: On the right-hand side, there are four dashes (-> columns) next to the overview of all absences. As soon as you click on it, a menu opens in which you can choose between the displayed columns.
