Create application phase scheme with individual application phases
How do I create an application phase scheme with additional individual application phases?
Administrator users have the option to merge templates for application phases into one scheme for applicant management and to further individualize them.
To define a new application phase scheme, go to "Add specific sub-phases / stages" in the app settings under Match, Specific sub-phases / stages.
In the "Add application phase scheme" screen, a scheme can be created. It is important to note that the six predefined stages are always shown:
New applicants
Pre-selected applicants
Invited applicants
Canceled applicants
Selected applicants
Withdrawn applications
Enter a name per scheme and add a description if needed. By default, the scheme "Standard" has already been stored when setting up your system.
