Create salary table

How can I enter a salary scale in the system?

With the help of salary tables, you can quickly and easily assign a salary class for a specific position when creating a new job. The stored salary (individually defined whether monthly or annually) is thus automatically transferred to the "Salary" field. First you have to create a salary table. 

You can create a new salary table via the app Settings, Admin, Salary table, "Add salary table". An input window will open.

Now you can define the salary table. To do this, first enter a name for the table and add column and cell titles. In our example, the title of the table is "Sales". The left vertical cells (=rows) indicate the year of service. The upper horizontal cells (=columns) indicate the different classifications, here they are "Internal", "Junior" and "Senior". 

Next, fill in the cells with the different salary grades.

In our example, for Sales, we indicate what the monthly base salary is for the different positions. You can show the change over different levels using different rows. 

If you need more cells, you can add another column or row by clicking on the "Plus" button or you can delete them by clicking on the fields in the lower right corner.

Then click on "Save" to save the salary table. The values of the salary table are immediately available when you subsequently add or change an occupation.

You will now find the salary table in the overview. Here you can also copy and edit already created salary tables.
