Dashboards
The dashboard functionality centralizes access, enhances efficiency and productivity. It allows you to quickly add, remove and customize the reports you need, ensuring you have the most relevant data in one spot. By clicking on a report, you can directly navigate to the detailed information, saving time and reducing the effort required to find specific reports.
Creating a dashboard
Begin by accessing the Reporting section through the navigation bar on the left-hand side.
Within the Reporting section select the "Dashboards" tab. This will display a list of already created dashboards.
Click on the "Create new" button and choose the option "New Dashboard". This selection will open a new window where you can add the name and description of your new dashboard.
After saving, you can either add an existing report to the dashboard or create a new standard report.
Add existing report
You can select one or more standard reports, that have previously been created.
Create new standard report
You can create a new standard report that gets directly added to the dashboard.
You can now repeat the process from 4. to add multiple reports to a dashboard.
My dashboard
You can select any Dashboard and set it as "My dashboard". The selected dashboard is then shown by default in the "My dashboard" tab when entering the reporting area. This gives you quick and easy access to your favorite reports at a glance.
