Hire applicant in the overview of All Applications

Open the Applicant Management / All Applications section and find the relevant applicant.

Click on Action and then on the briefcase icon "Hire". A mask that can also be used to create a new employee opens. All available master data will be taken from the applicant profile. Fill in the remaining information manually (e.g. user role and client).

Select which documents from the application should be transferred to the "Documents" tab of the personnel file. To do this, drag the slider to the right so that it becomes colored. Then select a document type.

Please note about the documents: If no document type has been created, you cannot copy any documents into the personnel file. A subsequent copying or moving of the documents is no longer possible. Then you would have to download the documents first (save them locally) and upload them again in the personnel file.

If no documents are displayed, make sure that documents were attached in the application. If you have recently made changes here, e.g. deleted or added a new document, then refresh the page before clicking "Hire".
