Individualize standard acknowledgement of receipt on submitted applications

What does the standard receipt look like and how can I customize it?

After submitting an application on your job portal, a confirmation of receipt is sent to the applicant. You have three options: 

a) Default receipt confirmation: You use the text of jacando in different languages, which is stored by default at each job. 

b) Customized standard receipt: You customize the text of jacando once in all languages.

c) Individualized confirmation of receipt: You use your own text.
