How can recruiters enter applications for their candidates into the jacando system?

Process for recruiters

Step 1: Create an email account with which alias addresses can be created (e.g. at Google GMail). Example: "personalberatung@googlemail.com".

Step 2: Set up a forwarding of all incoming emails to your actual company address for this email account.

Step 3: As a recruiter, go to the careers page and click on a job offer. Then click on "Apply". An alias address is now entered in the email address field. The other details (name, application documents, etc.) are those of the applicant.

Step 4: After sending, the application is registered in the jacando system and recognized as a separate application profile by the system (i.e. the applicant has his/her own account with email address, but this is managed by the recruitment agency).

Step 5: All replies from HR sent to email alias addresses (i.e. to the recruitment agency) go into the mailbox on the opened "main account", e.g. "personalberatung@googlemail.com". The address in the mailbox shows which applicant profile has received a reply. To reply to questions or confirm appointments, as a recruiter please log into the respective applicant profile and reply there. You cannot reply directly to an email in the mailbox.
