Notification when interim phase is completed

What settings do I need to make to receive a notification when an interim phase is completed?

To receive a notification, set up a workflow as described in the following steps.

Step 1: Under App Settings, General, Workflow, Workflow Template, go to Create Workflow Template.

Step 2: In the "Workflow Options" tile on the right, fill in the following fields: 

  • Name
    Choose a title that lets you know for which action the process is defined, for example: "Edit master data".

  • Description
    This is optional. Add any other information that is useful to you.

  • Entity
    Select the type of target agreement here.

  • Trigger 
    Select "Complete intermediate phase" here.

  • Restrict to clients

    Select a client here to which the workflow should refer. If no client is selected, the workflow refers to all clients. Only one workflow can be created per client for the same entity and trigger.

  • Disable workflow for
    Select here whether the workflow should be disabled for the administrator.
