What do the placeholders in the e-mail as well as Word templates mean?

When creating e-mail as well as Word templates, you can work with placeholders. The placeholders are automatically filled with information relevant to the message or document - for example, a placeholder can be used to automatically insert the sender's name without having to rewrite the message.

Job title that was defined when the job ad was created.

Address that was defined when the job was created

The person who is responsible for the job

Date and time of the agreed appointment
