Overview applicant pool

What information is displayed in the applicant pool and how can I use this function?

The applicant pool is intended as a talent pool in which you can access the contact data or master data of an applicant in order to be able to contact them again if necessary. Accordingly, only the applicant's master data such as name or e-mail address is displayed there. The information is therefore independent of the application and does not contain any documents such as a letter of application, etc. (you can access these documents via the application pool at any time if required). 

Applicants are automatically added to the talent pool if they have ticked the box next to the sentence "I would like to be added to the application pool" when applying. A corresponding explanation of what this checkmark means is displayed by clicking on the question mark.

By default, the jacando privacy policy is included, in which the handling of the talent pool is also explained. HR/admin users can also manually and subsequently add the applicant to the talent pool with the applicant's written permission.
