Overview evaluation questionnaires

With jacando Talent you can create standard assessment, group assessment, 180-degree, 360-degree or competency assessment, for example to measure employee satisfaction. 

Step 1: Open the Your Company/ App Settings / Talent / Rating Questionnaires section. 

Step 2: Click on the "Add a new assessment" field. A drop-down menu will open. 

Step 3: First, select the survey type. In our example, a 360-degree survey will be created.

Step 4: After the selection, a new window will open and you will be automatically directed to the "Survey Designer" tab.

• In the left bar you will find the toolbar. Here, choose from the different question types you want to use to design your survey.

• With the "Undo" and "Redo" fields you can undo or redo actions.

• With a click on Survey Settings you can edit general information of the survey, e.g. the title or the description. In the "Cookie Name" field you can define whether an employee can fill out the survey more than once. 

• Click on the "Save survey" field and enter a name for the survey in the new window, e.g. "Employee survey Q1". To be able to enter a title, click in the white area below the prompt to define a name for the survey.
