Core data
Use the arrow to the right of the profile picture to display the employee's core data. Here you can see the current company, the stored address as well as the e-mail address, telephone number, start date and current employment.
You can edit the core data on the right via the icon of the three dots (or via the employee list via Action, Edit). An input window will open in which you can enter personal information such as name, e-mail address, etc., and the private address.
You can also define the employee's user roles and the client(s) here.
Under additional information, you also enter the public telephone number and e-mail address in addition to some private data. This public data is relevant for applicant management if the recruiter's telephone number and email address are to be displayed on the careers page. If you do not want to display this data on the careers page, simply leave the fields blank.
At the very bottom, you have the option to adjust the entry date manually. The default setting is deactivated here. This means that the entry date corresponds to the start date of the oldest employment created. If you activate the "Set entry date manually" slider, you can adjust the entry date manually. This is relevant if the employee has already been working for the company for many years, but you are only mapping the employment of the last 2 years in jacando.
