Overview Time Profile

What is the time profile and how can I use it?

Every employee in a company can access their own time profile if jacando Track is part of your license. You can open the tab by clicking on Your Account / Time Profile.

You can switch between months at any time using the button on the right side of the screen.

Below the profile screen, the Time Tracking and Absence Management tabs are displayed.

  • Time tracking

In the Time tracking tab, working hours can be recorded manually or dynamically. A timesheet ("timesheet") can be used to submit the working hours to the supervisor at the end of the month.

Admin users, HR users and line manager users also have the option to create the time recording for an entire month with one click.

  • Absence Management

In the Absence Management tab, you have an overview of all submitted absences such as sick leave or vacation time. Vacation requests can also be submitted here.

As an overview, there are two tiles on the left, the summary of the respective month and the flexitime overview (the values of the tiles are as of the previous day):

  • Credit at the end of yesterday

Current overtime or minus hours as per yesterday night

  • Credit at the start of the month

Accumulated overtime or minus hours of the respective employee (with all correction entries of the previous months), at the beginning of the corresponding month.

  • Flextime change (current month)

Overtime or minus hours for the current month. The info icon gives you more information about the recorded and expected hours of the selected month.

  • Corrections (current month)

This value contains all correction bookings of the respective month. In this tile you can make correction bookings via the "Adjust flextime" icon.

  • Overtime balance

Accumulated overtime or minus hours of the respective employee (with all correction entries also of the previous months, at the end of the respective month).

Marked in red: This is a negative value, which means minus hours.
Marked in green: This is a positive value (in your favour), which means overtime.

All days of the month are displayed in the overview table of the time recording.
