Extraordinary events serve as an overview of rule violations during time recording.

Each employee has a stored work plan, which also includes maximum working hours per day, regulated minimum breaks, etc. (see link below). If these defined rules are not adhered to according to the employee's time recording, a working time report is generated.

The working time report shows, for example, which employee has worked more on a day than specified, in deviation from the stored work plan. For the following settings, a working time report is generated if the specified values in the work plan (Use the button below to learn how to create a work plan template.) have been exceeded:

Break rules

On the right, via the icons, you have the possibility to display the time profile of the employee. Via the check mark you can approve the extraordinary events or via the icon for To Do`s you can create a To Do for this event (e.g. so that the employee checks his entered times again).
