Request feedback

How do I request feedback?

In an application process, the opinions of specialist managers and other employees are often important for assessing the applicant's expertise. The possibility of a further assessment of the applicant helps the HR department to make decisions. These decisions begin with the invitation of the applicant for an interview and can even extend to the final decision.

With jacando, you can choose between two processes: All incoming applications directly trigger a request for feedback from specialist managers, or you decide per application whether feedback should be requested and from whom. Both options are described below.

Of course, you can send additional feedback requests at any time.

Feedback request for all incoming applications (Limit access to specific application(s) inactive): A feedback request is automatically sent to all subject managers named in the job as soon as a new application is received. This setting is set as default. You do not need to do anything else to activate it.

Request feedback individually (Limit access to specific application(s) active): You can change this setting by activating the "Limit access to specific application(s)" slider, and save the changes. With these settings, feedback must always first be requested from the desired employees by HR. This means that the person responsible does not receive notification of new applications and cannot initially provide feedback on an application. Applicant management is always primarily handled by HR. This function is helpful if you receive a lot of applications and you first need to pre-select them.
