What can I do in case of speed problems?
In case of speed problems, you can "whitelist" all subdomains of jacando in your VPN and firewall settings. To do this, store the following domains:
* = your subdomain we created for your company like test-company.jacando.io.
Please also make sure that you do not use jacando in incognito mode of your browser as we use caching. Since we regularly add new features, we recommend that you still clear cookies & cache at regular intervals.
