Talent Pool Overview

What does the tab "Talent Pool" in Talent Overview show ?

In this tab "Talent Pool" in "Talent Overview" all employees of the company are displayed.

Add competencies

You can add competencies to employees here using the "+" add / remove talent tags.

After clicking Add / Remove Talent Tags, in the window, you can freely write the competency and then click "+" to confirm the selection.

Once all the competences have been added, click on "Save".
