Talent profile overview

In the talent profile you have an overview of assessments, competence evaluations and target agreements.

Access as employee

As an employee, you can access your own talent profile via your account / talent profile.

Access as Admin/HR user

As a supervisor or user with the appropriate permissions, you have several options for accessing an employee's talent profile.

• Via the personnel file

• Using the search bar at the top, you can search for the employee and select the talent profile icon.

• Or via your company / talent overview / talent pool
