Trigger checklists
How can I trigger a checklist?
After you have created a checklist template (learn how to create a checklist template here), for example for the onboarding of a new employee, you can assign it to the responsible people in your company. When triggering the checklist, you can choose whether the steps are triggered sequentially (one after the other) or in parallel. The employees can then edit their task and respond with comments.
Under the tab Checklists, in the menu item Organization, you can trigger checklists via the button "Add checklists", delete an already triggered checklist via the trash can or stop a checklist via the square icon.
To assign a new checklist, click on the "Add checklist" field and select from your already created checklist templates in the drop-down menu. You will then be directly shown the different steps of the checklist.
