Workflow for changes of core data

How can I create a workflow / approval process for changing master data?

Step 1: Click on your name at the top right and then on Settings / Workflows / All workflows. 

Step 2: Then click on the field "Create workflow draft".

Step 3: Fill in the following fields in the "Workflow Options" tile on the right: 

• Name
  Choose a title that lets you know for which action the process is defined, for example: "Edit core data".

• Description
  This is optional. Add any other information that is useful to you.

• Entity
  Select the type of core data.

• Trigger 
  Here you select Edit.

• Type

  • Notification: A notification is triggered in the tool, the application immediately receives the status "Approved".

  • Approval: a notification is triggered in the tool, the request remains on status pending until the target person has confirmed the request

  • Dynamic Approval: as for "approval", but the requester can select the target person himself when submitting the application
